Standing by his oven in his Maida Vale flat in 1992 - our founder Sam, a then 26 year old Londoner - bakes the world's first Giant Bar flapjack. Fast forward to today, and with over 350 million bars sold, what started as a tasty home-baked snack is now a well-established family business, proudly baking over 1.4 million bars a month and serving up tasty, filling flapjacks to snackers all around the world!
